Bionico

Luis Tena
Our NEW treat debuting May 1st is called the "Bionico". No, it's not a character in a Mexican sci-fi movie although it very well could be; it is fruit cup heaven! Why Bionico? We have no idea! We didn't come up with the name, just the recipe inspired by the traditional Bionico which originated in Guadalajara, Jalisco in the early 1990's and consists of fresh fruit, "crema", shredded coconut, raisins, & granola. Our recipe contains 20 all-natural ingredients, mostly finely chopped fruit, a dozen to be exact! Drenched in home-made yogurt-based "crema", along with shredded coconut, raisins, and mini marshmallows topped with crunchy granola, this extraordinary fruit cup will hit the spot!

Spring! Such a perfect time to introduce grated carrots to our list of fresh fruits and veggies. Debuting atop a Tamarindo Apple bloom or Doritos Nacho cheese, they are the star of the newest addition to our LOADED treats, soaking up every last bit of our home-made chamoy! JARDIN…garden in Spanish!

Debuting item in our secret menu!

We start with a Granny Smith apple dipped in caramel and Belgian milk chocolate. Next we make it easy for you, chop it up into bite size pieces. Finally we add diced fresh strawberries, mini marshmallows, and drizzle more Belgian chocolate of your choice. This is just one of the many amazing ways you can enjoy one of our apples. Stop by and create your own!

RuSapo TOADally Delicious!

RuSapo

RuSapo...the Rusa re-invented!

The traditional Rusa from Mexico is prepared with grapefruit soda pineapple, orange, watermelon, "chilito", & chamoy...we used this as inspiration for our green Rusa by using pineapple soda, fresh cucumber, pineapple, & green chamoy. Why RuSapo? "Sapo" means toad in Spanish, you'll find a surprise on top!
